what’s in a name?

After taking a sabbatical from creating new products for Loop, Elissa wanted to begin engaging with making art again. Craving a fresh brand framework, she settled on the name Ness for a few reasons.

Ness feels like someone familiar.
A family name, a muse, a feminine aspect.

Ness captures a sense of poetry.
The -ness of something, the heart of it, the beating pulse or lasting impression one receives through all 5 senses. A memory, a dream, the essence of what is important or unique in an object or an experience.

Ness sounds like ‘Yes’.
After the pandemic, with all the turmoil in our daily lives, it feels good to say Yes to what we need.

FAQs

  • Weekly shipping occurs on Wednesdays for paper goods. All other items will indicate lead times as they are made available.

    Alt this time, all orders ship via USPS Ground Advantage which has a lead time of 2 - 5 business days. If you need your order sooner, email to request Priority Mail shipping ( additional fees may apply ).

  • We do our best to ship orders in pre-loved carboard boxes to extend the life of shipping materials. If our stash is low or doesn’t fir your order, we’ll use new shipping boxes. Thanks for helping us keep things circular!

  • We’re working on it!

  • Generally, no. We don’t have a brick-and-mortar shop presently.

  • Absolutely! We have limited quantities of Loop and Doodlespark items. Let us know what you’re interested in and we’ll see what we can do!
