Doodlespark drawings represent years of artistic communication. Instead of writing letters, my mom and I would send drawings back and forth. With each receipt, one of us would spend time trying out ideas, color schemes, motifs and other visual musings before sending the drawing back to its sender. Over time and many rotations, the drawings evolved - along with our enjoyment of art as a way of connecting and mail as an invitation to sit down and create. Many years after making these drawings, we thought it would be fun to share them. We hope they encourage you to reach out to someone special in your life, sending a small piece of art as a thoughtful hello, a thank you, or a gift.
